After two months of living in our newly-constructed home by Dustin Shaw Homes, we are very happy with the materials used for construction as well as the craftmanship. The team that we worked with from start to finish was focused on our specific requests for the design of our new home, and they were extremely helpful in making sure that all of our concerns were addressed. Since we relocated from out of state, Maura, Steve and Christine communicated regularly with us, and our realtor, to make sure that the appropriate subcontractors were available for our on-site and virtual status meetings during the construction phase of our new home. Dustin Shaw Homes allowed us to ‘customize’ our new home in certain aspects of the floor plan such that we were able to build the home from ground up rather than purchasing a spec or model home. We did have a few small issues that needed to be corrected at settlement. The Dustin Shaw team made sure that they were completed promptly and correctly. There are still a few remaining small issues that have been uncovered that need to be addressed, and those issues are getting tracked for completion on the app used for the construction of our new home. We would definitely build with Dustin Shaw Homes again in the future if the need would arise.
